My husband and me moved abroad 2years ago where our daughter was born. He is British and I have settlement visa. We are planning to divorce and I would move back to UK with my daughter while he is not sure what does he want to do. He is not interested in helping to get her UK passport, so I would like to know how can I get some Visa for her and what documents would I need?

Edit: i will have custody, he just wants to see her sometimes during holidays if I will be around with her to help(he doesn't want to change her nappies, give her bath, cook her meals from scratch...). She already has passport and we have been to UK 3 times so far. Immigration guy at the airport said they can't refuse entry to a baby and advised me I should get some visa for her if i want to sign her to nursery or schools...

Bases on your changes to the situation, you should apply for a British passport or proof of citizenship as she is a british citizen by descent. She would not then need a visa.
If the father doesn't have custody of the child you don't need his consent in that. Apply for a UK passport for her.
In fact I am not sure you CAN get her a visa since she's a British citizen. And if you can prove her dad is a British citizen she wouldn't need anything to ge entitled to school etc.
