First of all, make sure they are illegals.
Do not call ICE unless you are 100% sure. People have been fined a lot of money for making ICE check on alleged illegals only to find out the illegals were not illegal after all.
Best you just call your local police and let them handle it from there.

First of all, it's not very easy to get someone deported, you can call and report to whoever you want , But there is a process and most times those same people who you reported will be given cancellation of removal and a chance to adjust their status here in the US.. If they have extensive criminal backgrounds, especially dealing with drugs and guns, then they will be deported, other than that, they will be offered some type of relief to stay in this country.

Anyway, why do you want to do something that cruel to a family.

You also need proof that they are illegal as well. because if even one of then was born in USA (such as the youngest child) then they get to stay.
