How do you feel about the illlegal immigrants in USA?

I feel that they do not belong in the country. This of it this way. If there is a long line, then the legal immigrants are the ones who have waited in the line for a long time. The illegial immigrants are the ones who cut in front of other people. It is quite unfair. Legal immigrants are defintely more honest than the illegial ones.

Too many have come to the USA too quickly; they're not being assimilated, and we're not building schools and other infrastructure quickly enough to support their children.

It's too many in too short a period of time.

...and YES, they DO take jobs from American citizens. The proportion of illegal immigrants in the workforce is just about equal to the unemployment rate.

they come here and have babies which are u.s. citizens.they teach those children only spanish, leaving the schools to teach them english. so when our children start school they arent taught to their full potential cause the schools focus their time and energy on teaching english

I believe their days are numbered,when politicians no longer need them they will be done here,INS is already getting more strict,arizonia and Oklahoma are thinning them out....ect.

They cost us billions in tax dollars, how do you think we will feel. I would have snipers from the military sitting on our borders picking them off one by one if it were up to me. They are criminals, and should be treated with no mercy. Have our troops protect our borders, not some shi77y a$$ country in the middle east

I am sick of read commentaries or answer about illegal inmigrant. All this commentaries are same: deportation, illegal inmigrant are criminals, and bla, bla, bla.
A lot Americans are criminals and assesins. Not all inmigrant are criminals.

Here's a bit more on them:

Over 28% of all DUI fatalities are caused by illegal immigrants. That's over 13 people killed per day. 63% of stopped/cited drivers in AZ have no license, registration or insurance. Of that 63% 97% are illegal aliens. In CA it's 47% of drivers and 92% who are illegal aliens. The government is doing nothing to protect its citizens!

People say"We should give them amnesty!" "How can we POSSIBLY deport all of them?"

Simple answer: One at a time....Before long they'll get the message!

EDIT: I like the sniper idea Frankie....I thought of something similar myself....We let em know that there will be snipers in the towers with night vision scopes 2 nights a week.....They get to guess which 2!

I think each person who's illegal is different and an opinion shouldn't lump everyone all together.
I worked with someone who was illegal but she had every right to be in this country. She had a step parent who was American, she even had a greencard ten years previously but because the government "forgot" to issue a letter explaining to her that she needed to go in for an interview to get permanent residence, her card expired. So now she's hired a very expensive immigration lawyer (because they make it so complicated that you need a law degree to figure it all out) and has been waiting for 3 years.
So what do I think about illegals..I think a few apples spoils the cart. And when we discuss illegals in this country, all we talk about is Mexicans. What about the other folks who are trying to enter this country legally but get treated like Mexicans. Government says they treat everyone equally when entering the US. I believe this should be changed on a per case basis.
And people say illegals are taking away jobs from Americans. BUT, these are jobs that Americans basically don't want to do anyway because they don't get paid enough.
Maybe instead of spending billions upon billions of dollars in a war, worrying about the peace of another country, the government should be more concern about the peace in its' own country.
