How do you go about reporting an illegal immigrant?

If they are breaking the law, call your local police.
Oklahoma has passed HB 1804, which basically just made current Federal Law, Oklahoma law. But if the police arrest someone for a crime, they can check their immigration status through the INS database. They are then turned over to I.C.E.

Bada Bing Bada Boom, no more loud music or drunken behavior. Just a nice quiet neighborhood.

This link below outlines the bill, there are other states trying to pass a similar law. Go to that site and print off the information and email, fax or call your Congressmen/women asking them to pass a similar bill. Email if you want help.

You might not even have to. Try putting an anonymous letter in their mailbox telling them that you have reported them to immigration and see what happens.

Go to the Police Station and say want some thing done about it

if that not work go to the Police Station sand in form of the police and just say there is a man next door with a gun & he is White male

they will be there in ten min...trust me

and once there say well not really it that house and watch what will happen you your self will get arrested and charge with waisting police time

Go to your local Citizens Advice office they will tell you what to do...Failing that go to your council offices and report noise and behaviour and also local Police Station. I know it is hard but keep checking back with them to make sure they are doing something about it. Start a petition, take that along with you, you will also find out then who is with you........Good Luck!!!

I dint have a number off hand but you will need to call state or federal depts to get the advice you need the local police and sheriff depts wont do anything.There is a department of immigration.Look up Federal numbers.Good luck

You can call the police about their loud music and drunken behavior, whether they are illegal aliens or not. They WILL respond!!!

I understand your plight and wish that this immigrant loving government would get off their backside and do something to stop this kind of behaviour. I think every immigrant who commits a crime should be deported that way only the ones who contribute to society will be allowed to stay (And that won't be many)!! But with this government I feel that reporting 'Illegal immigrants' is a waste of time because if you report them then the authorities will know about them and shower them with money!!! OUR MONEY!!!

Thank god Oklahoma took care of this issue...,Keep driving without a license and ins f*****s. I have seen probably 20 apts. That have been cleared out in the last 2 weeks because of this new law and i am sooo sooo happy because they too were rude and obnoxious neighbors. Anyways like someone said earlier if they break the law and dont have a green card on them or much less in the system they get turned over tO INS... So yes the noise ordinance order would come into affect here....

For one thing, you can stop calling them Illegal "immigrants"... they are ILLEGAL ALIENS... so call them WHAT THEY ARE.

As for reporting an Illegal ALIEN... don't even bother... the Gov. is NOT interested in hearing about them

You must live in the ghetto just like they do. The best thng would be to move. Second, if they were in fact Illegals then the leasing office would have gotten them vacated since the whole immigration thing started. You cant house them if they are not citizens. Third, thats their way of life...they work hard and party hard. You cant take their ways no more than you can take the "yer" from a redneck. Fourth, if you really want to be an ***...look in the yellow pages.
