How do you report possible illegal immigrants from Mexico?

Call the ICE Hotline (Immigration & Customs Enforcement, formerly part of INS, now part of Homeland Security). It's on the ICE website.

If they interfere with you in any way to get in/out of Home Depot, try to get into your car/truck, catcalls, anything that makes you feel threatened, then complain immediately to the local police and to Home Depot store manager and on the Home Depot website to national HQ.

BTW, Houston is a "sanctuary city." Local police are hamstrung by the city council & powers-that-be and cannot turn over illegal aliens to ICE -- even if they have committed additional crimes. Vote out the bums on your blasted city council, the mayor, etc! If it's your town, it's your vote. Get your buddies together and raise a stink about all the Houston cops being killed by illegals, etc.

I'd report them to the INS. Its sad, though. Last time I reported an illegal immigrant (who stole my husband's construction job) they told me that they don't handel those types of cases anymore.

report them to ICE and keep reporting, notify home depot that you feel they are aiding and abetting illegals by allowing them to conjugate in front of their store. Where I live this is a crime and it is soliciting. Keep reporting until something is done. ICE knows these people hang at these locations and should be forced to do something about it. I know many people who will not go to home depots and other stores like this if illegals are swarmed outside, these places have to be losing business with these people ganged together in front of their stores like this. It is not cold hearted, it is the law. let ICE figure out who is legal or illegal.

You know the sad part is that your local law enforcement KNOWS they are there and probably know that most if not all are illegal.Once again our govt and there one the pay workers getting tax dollars for doing nothing about these people.But hell yes report them and do it often.Even if you get one of these sorry @sses deported it would be worth it now wouldn't it.Call your local ICE.

never say they are illegal. always say you think they are illegal. call immigrations and tell them what is going on and give them an address to where they congregate. you might want to ask the police for the number. i thought loitering was against the law? tell the police they are loitering.

Do you know how I can report possible losers that have nothing better else to do than blame everyone else for their horrendous and pitiful lives? How about you report me, I'm a 21 yr old Mexican illegal alien who entered the US at age 6, I am now a junior at the University of Cornell with a 3.9 GPA. I live in Houston and I know exactly where you are talking about. These men are day laborers. You are right, some of them are illegal, but most of them are legal and they do odd jobs to support their families. They prefer to do it that way so that they can avoid paying taxes because that means that they will have less money to bring/send home. Some of these men are supporting families here in the states and families back home in Mexico. If people didn't come through and "hire" their services, then there would be no reason for them to continue to try to make money that way. It is cheaper for you to get a few of them to come and clear your yard or paint your fence than to call a local company. As always, you get what you pay for.

Keeping tabs on them is not the job of the local police, unless or until they commit a crime. This is a federal issue. Believe me, they are aware that they are there, so they must not be too concerned. We have the same issue where I live off of Stuebner-Airline and they congregate right down the street from the police station.

sadly it is against US policy to round up the illegals unless they are commiting a crime, other than the one of illegal entering our country

You don't Report what you "Think" you saw. This is America's biggest Problem having People that just make up stuff just to see someone in trouble with the Law or get Deported and this type of thing have been going on for as long as I can remember and it's pass due to draw the Line to bring it too a End. These type of things have taken Backlashes and I don't see how so many Americans can cost this Country so much Money when ICE and others get Sued and then come back to say I'm doing it for my Country. But thinking about all of this maybe it's what this whole thing need is for them to get Sued and put out of Business because as I see it it's only some Racist Network Rounding up those with Color Skin. Not being a Racist when I say this but maybe this Explain why all the people I see working for ICE and Border Patrol is White and have that "White Supremacist" look to them something that I never understood for the sake of my Life.
