Read the book the Devil's Highway-- awesome book. I just got done with it a few weeks ago and I am in college Eng. 103 and our theme is immigration. I wrote an essay about it and got an A. You gotta read this book!

Depends on your stance. If you want to enforce the borders while expanding legal immigration, read the book The Accidental American. If you want greater enforcement at the borders while keeping the cap for the number of legal immigrants low, check out Pat Buchanan's book State of Emergency.
It's an interesting political issue and I hope you do well :)

Ok not to sound ehh cause I'm also a high school student but this is YOUR research project which means YOU need to do. This should come from the heart and what you really feel about immigration not about other peoples opinion. So look it up on the internet and get to work that way you will better and most likely get a better grade. Good luck cause if your asking us about this HUGE and EASY topic to write about your going to need it!
