How have illegal aliens impacted your life in a personal way?

I know that illegal aliens have ruined wages in all construction trades and have caused the deterioration of our school systems where my children attend school. They have taken from our states coffers and in my opinion been the main cause of the financial meltdown that we are in. How about your life? US citizens only answer this please.

My neighborhood looks like crap now. My community is shot. I have to spend an extra 12,000 dolars to sent kid to private school because this one is bogged down. My hospital is bogged down. Kids can't get summer jobs and are getting into trouble by joing gangs. I have to spend an extra 5 seconds listening to an automatic answereing service to hit one because they don't wanna learn english. |

Just one example, though there are many.
I took in a friend who had his disability stopped, and was being billed for the payments he had received. That caused him to lose his home, his van, and his excellent credit rating. Some illegal chose his ID to steal because he was Hispanic, and so was the illegal. Social Security cut him off because they received reports that he was working several states away, and his private disability insurance did the same after receiving the same reports. The stress of the situation caused him to die several years before he should have. |

I live in San Diego
1. My children's schools have suffered the most.
2. The community I live in has practically closed all the american shops besides the mall. The only thing that looks american here is 7/11, the gas stations, costco and McD's
3. the parks and bay on the 4th of July are celebrated with a huge crowd of people waving BOTH the American and Mexican flag. Why???? I will never understand that one!
4. Our ER and every one in this county is overrun with illegals. (i work in healthcare) |

Actually, they had a positive impact on my life, as I had the opportunity to become a Border Patrol Agent and made a very nice salary. And now that I am no longer an agent, it would be negative, as part of my tax money goes to pay their (Border Patrol Agents) salaries. :) |

I wrote this question about a dear lady that was a very good friend of the family:
I hear basically the same story from everyone everywhere. Once nice neighborhoods with neatly kept lawns and nice looking houses, everyone knows each other and goes to each others garage sales in the spring, it is safe for the kids to play in the neighborhood, and crime is almost unheard of. Then a few neighbors move out for various reasons, and those houses are sold or more often rented out to illegals. Now the kids are bullied by the anchor kids, the once nice houses are run down, lawns are not mowed, garbage is left everywhere, crime is up, loud music blares at all hours of the day and night, property taxes go up to pay for graffiti and damage to public property, and property value goes down as the neighborhood is now a Mexican ghetto. And you don't go out your door unless you are carrying a gun. So, sound familiar? I knew a lady who lived in a nice neighborhood, until it became an illegal ghetto, and she was the only one left in the neighborhood from when they built it. The rest were all illegals. She kept to herself, but had to put up with cops chasing criminals through her yard, often damaging her property. Her noisy rude illegal neighbors threw garbage in her lawn every day which she had to pick up herself, she did not even complain until they started throwing dirty used diapers outside her living room window to stink in the hot summer sun. When she phoned them to ask if they would pick them she was laughed at and later had rocks thrown through her window. Again she kept to her self as even her own family begged her to move out, she lived there 51 years and did not want to move. One night she walked two blocks to the convenience store to buy milk and eggs when she was beaten and raped by a man who followed her home from the store. She died the next day from her injuries. The man who attacked and raped her turned out to be an illegal alien, and lived 4 houses down from her! She was 76 years old. And the last survivor of her once nice neighborhood.
That is one of many negative ways illegal aliens have affected my life in a personal way. |

I will answer it with another questions:
Do you have another issue instead illegals?
Why do you ALWAYS have the same agenda?
Why in your questions I never see you asking about another issue like:
How did your people come to settling here? or
How was the war between Native Indians vs Settlers?

Illegal immigrants have nothing to do with this financial melt down, stop freking crying. Illegals immigrants work hard for low wages, this is how most Americans are rich.
Illegals paid taxes for Social Security and Medicare, but will not get any benefits. In this case, they are contributing to my benefit as a U.S citizen..... |
