my wife pass her interview but was not given an answer. She was told would receive their answer in the mail... Off the record was told it all look good.. No answer yet?

Depends on the local field office where your wife was interviewed, if they already scheduled her for the oath ceremony or is still in the process of adjudicating her N-400 application.. processing times vary with the service center and local field offices (the local field office schedules the oath ceremony by batch and quota).
But expect the oath letter in the mail within 30-60 days. More often than not, it is sent out before it's even 30 days.
If it is beyond the 60 days, call the USCIS customer service center and ask to speak with an immigration officer. To get hold of a live person, press 1-2-3 for options. And if it doesn't work, use the option "changing address", and ask the customer rep that you wish to speak to an immigration officer. Infopass on the other hand will do you nothing. What they see on the screen is basically all that you see when you check your wife's case status online (in the uscis.gov website).
Wait a little bit more and it will be in the mail before you know it. |

After her interview, she should be able to get her green card in the mail before a month have passed and with it is a letter congratulating her and welcoming her to America. Congratulations in advance! Time passes quickly. |

It all depends on which office conducted the interview. If you live far from cities, oath ceremonies take time because the judges wait for enough people to be ready for the ceremony to save time and money. In cities, it will usually take 2 to 3 weeks for oath letter because there are many immigrants applying for citizenship. |
