is it the same as the usa you can only go for 3 months at a time? also, if i stayed in canada for 3 months, would it affect me going back to the usa for vacations? as u are only allowed to go to the usa for 90 days a year

It depends on what you're doing, if you're only going on holiday you can go for up to 90 days without needing to apply for a visa. If you intend to spend more then 90 days in Canada or you would like to live & work there, you will need to apply for a visa.
