This is the end of the United States as we know it.

12-18 months longer would be a good estimate. However recovery will be slow and painful.

as long as nothing is being done to remove illegals from this country it will not be any time soon.

There's a recovery coming. Real estate has bottomed in a number of different regions and is starting to turn upwards. Some badly overbuilt regions will still lag, but there are glimmers of light at the end of the tunnel.

Hang in there! People are starting to buy clothes and cars and real estate again. This will stimulate the economy and jump start the growth cycle, which will mean job growth.

It's closer than the experts think, but perhaps further out than you might hope. Things will be considerably better in six months if what I am seeing now keeps building.
