It would take 8-14 months from when the application was filed. I factored in the backlogs that would be expected from a country in Asia, the Philippines is notorious for it unfortunately.
You are a minor which is in your favor as applications involving minors are processed quickly to immediately reunite them with family members. If you would have been over 21, petitioned by a parent, your visa would have been subject to quotas and lengthy processing and endless priority dates. As it is, you should be here in no time.
