iam from amman -jordan , iam married to american woman since sep 2006 and we start the case in oct 2006 . i had appt in jordan empacy in des 2007 ,then they told us that our case is in california now to reviw it , and our case is pending since that , we call the immgration so many times and they dont answer us , and then my wife send letter to the senator of florida to ask for help about our case , so after one month , he said that the immgration told him that they cant help him cause we are not important person , and we have to wait like others ,
we try every thing to know what is going on ,, but no answer from them ,
is there any way to let them listen to us , i just want know if they will give me the visa or not ,,,cause they dont care about us , and me and my wife are far away from each other ,,and of cours she cant come to jordan every month ,, she just can come 1 time in the year ,,
so what can we do .?. please tell us ,.,

It could be in administrative processing, but if they returned your case to California, it's probably worse than that. It sounds a lot more like the petition was returned to the USCIS Western Adjudication Center with a recommendation for revocation. In that case, USCIS will eventually review the petition along with the report from the embassy and then send a letter to your wife and her lawyer to give them the opportunity to respond. If they don't respond, the petition will be revoked and your case will be dead. If they do, the adjudication center will return the petition to Amman for another interview. Sometimes, the ajudication center just sits on it until the petition expires, in the case of K-1s and K-3s. However, there's no time frame on this, they'll get to it someday, bukra mumkin. |

all you can do is wait an file what papers they ask as in our case it took 15 months |

I think your case is under Administrative Process. It could take as long as they want to make decision on your case. Sorry, but there is nothing you can do except just wait.
