Corruption is King and illbegotten cash can line the pocket of any Mexican official in order to maintain their anonymity.
Other Americans who would live in Mexico are married to Mexicans.
I doubt there are a million since Mexico doesn't speak English and the Mexican health care/condition of hospitals is inferior to USA, which the elderly discover when they drink the toxic water. |
