detained after the basketball game last night and asked for their "papers". How many children going to get an ice cream at a concession stand were detained (like Obama said they would) and held until they could prove they were citizens? Was Mr. Lopez of the Suns (Sols?) forced to prove he was legal before the authorities allowed him to play last night? Where is all the racial profiling the liberals and Obama said was going to happen? What better place to have racial profiling raids than at a professional sporting event....30,000 people in one small area. Was anyone harassed and detained on their way to the restroom because they "looked" illegal? That's what Obama said would happen. Did it?

Trouble, no one is squirming. Just because the law goes into affect, does not mean anyone is going to enforce it. It's been on the books for years and it hasn't been enforced. Even if the AZ local police try and enforce it, doens't mean the feds HAVE to deport those that are brought to them. Ask Sheriff Joe. He brings a lot, and ICE lets them go.
So, do your snoopy dance now, but be prepared to be crying in 2 months! |
