How many citizens of the United States meet the requirements of Art. II of the Constitution regarding requirements to hold the office of President of the U.S.?

Because there are so many Immigrants and illegal aliens in our population distorting the population figures, the answer is actually down around 230 million. It could be lower. The Kennedy Bill opened the doors, and after it was opened, Kennedy began calling everyone racist if they didn't like the immigrant level of entry. So for years now, the rate has been over 1,000,000 and the actual figure cannot be figured.

All persons born in the US subject to the jurisdiction of the US are
natural born. Persons not subject to US jurisdiction are generally
children of certain diplomats.
