How much will an amnesty for illegal immigrants?

Too damn much! Our whole infrastructure is collapsing,due to lack of money for vital services such as the NHS,because we are supporting all and sundry,who do not deserve it.

You see Julian its all very well living in your Penthouse fiddling huge expenses and never having to see the real down side of mass immigration so it is the easiest thing in the world to say Oh lets just give them an amnesty.Because that way they are then on the books and will pay tax etc but the problems then start of who is going to employ them at full wages?
Who is going to house them?
I could go on but what would be the point i do not make the decisions.
Nobody can judge the cost of this because nobody actually has a clue how many there are.

Amnesty wasn't the answer here in America in the 80s. Not sure what it will cost brits in money, but I know all we amercians got from the amnesty was a bunch more illegal immigrants the next day. And now we are in the same place we were before we threw up the white flag of surrender in the 80s, over-run with an illegal immigration problem so large we don't know what to do other than probably grant amnesty again.

As a rounded deal with an airline company, it would cost about one hundred pounds a head, for each pre loaded flight to any destination. Compare that to the cost of housing them for one week alone, and your already in profit. It is a total nonsense to suggest that removal is expensive. And a cowardly gutless government who would use it as an excuse to do nothing.

Currently it costs a fortune to ship or fly Illegal immigrants home. The true cost of immigration is priced in attitude. America was built on immigration. If those who enter Britain are willing to adopt its tenets and customs and work for a brighter future for themselves and the people of Britain then the cost is a credit. Otherwise it will be a loss.

However making a system that creates credit scenarios is the problem.
At the moment it is extremely costly to deport anyone if we the British left the European court of Human rights and changed our policies things might be different.
However anyone who has two children in Britain, who live to 80 years of age I would categories as British. If they were living on the state for that period of time then I would say the system is wrong and must collapse.
As to debt is it not all imaginary as who can imagine the debt we have currently or what it will be in the future. Its one million dollars vs one billion dollars (as Dr Evil might say).
Finally I cannot see that the children of illegal immigrants would not become British and payback into the system eventually.

If they pay their back tax it may be a lot including their employers NI contributions.
