How old you have to be to get WELFARE?

how old you have to be to get WELFARE?and do you have to be an american?does the green card holder get WELFAR if he or she are over the age of 65 !!

You have to be over 18 or married with a child if younger to qualify. Yes,you have to be an American. Someone with a green card is supposed to be supported by their sponsor,not the taxpayers. No,green card holders over the age of 65 do not get welfare. Their sponsor is responsible for their support.

OMG, I would hope over 18. And I also would hope that someone that received a green card would not have to rely on welfare.
