Font Size:Default font sizeLarger font sizeFederal authorities arrested a man in Lincoln they believe falsified tax papers to work for an Omaha janitorial service, according to a complaint filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court.
The man, Paul Espinoza-Martinez, was one of three arrested after an Immigration and Customs Enforcement audit at Marsden Building Maintenance in Omaha.
According to the complaint, a pair of ICE agents agents arrested Espinoza-Martinez earlier this month after finding he used a false Social Security number and resident alien number on his Form I-9.
The agents tracked Espinoza-Martinez to US Foods, 4343 N.W. 38th St., where he was arrested.

Or This> CHURCH HILL — Church Hill police charged three women with welfare fraud earlier this week after video surveillance at the local Food City store allegedly captured illegal use of a “food stamp” debit card several times over the past month.
The owner of the card, Patricia Stanley, 36, 212 Lewis Lane, Apt. 804, Kingsport, is accused of trading use of that card with Janis Marie Cradic, 56, 315 W. Main Blvd., Church Hill, and Cradic’s daughter Laura Nicole Jarrett, 35, 340 Silver Lake Road, Lot 2, Church Hill.
All three were formally charged Monday.
