It depends on what line of work you are in. If you working as a nurse for example there are companies that arrange everthing inside the usa or recruiting in your home town.
Just check it out carefully though, there are many scammers out there. Good luck |

Hopefully employers are hiring US citizens instead of importing employees from elsewhere. Any jobs available should be given to our citizens first. |
