My boyfriend was born in Mexico and is a Legal US Resident for the last 13 years, and he will be applying for citizenship soon. He wants Dual citizenship so he can still be a citizen of Mexico and the United States.
Is the only way through naturalization, and doesn't that mean living here for 25 years first?

Go to MEXICO embassy and get a dual citizen im sure they will give you but you lost some benefits as a American citizen. |

Yes, the only way is through naturalization, he can apply for it after living here for 5 years with a green card. Get the forms from uscis.gov |
