How to get free visa for australia ? I am india & rightnow working in UAE.?

No visas are ever free. You must always pay fees to apply for visas.

What kind of visa do you want? If you are applying for a tourist visa, you need to prove you have sufficient funds to pay for all of the "typical tourist" expenses: round-trip plane ticket, hotels (with reservations), restaurant meals, sightseeing, ground transportation, etc.

And you have to prove your ties to your home country are so strong you feel compelled to return home to your family, et al. If you're going from UAE to Australia without going home to see your family first, you probably don't qualify for an Aussie visa.

You can't get a free one - all visas to Australia have to be paid for in some form. They are one's just for visitors - those are the cheapest at about 30 USD. Although there are a lot of visa options depending on what you want to do and why you're going there. I myself am moving there on the USA working holiday visa in May.
