Even if you don't think it can be proven it is worth reporting them. The investigation alone can encourage them to change their habits. Call immigration, call your congressman, call the local TV news stations and newspapers. Make a stink about it. That's the only way this CRIMINAL behavior will end. Good luck. I respect your courage in taking a stand.

Contact ICE 1-866-347-2423. Have your ducks In a row when you call. Try to give them as much info as you can including names of sub-conractors,supervisors etc. You will remain anonymous.

Well, my father is a business owner...and let me tell you that, if they have a social security card, (a decent fake), the government won't be able to charge them with anything because they can't prove they knowingly hired them.

Also, just how exactly is, my dad for example, going to verify over 200 employees??

You would contact Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. I think they have a phone number specifically for that and did not take email complaints last time I checked.

HOWEVER, unless this is an employer that is physically creating fake documents, trafficking illegals over here, employinig large amounts at a time, the illegals are selling drugs or are MS-13 members, etc., ICE isn't going to focus much on your complaint. There's too much going on for them to do so.

Dude, research your local TV stations for the best in-depth reporters who will be sympathetic to such information and pass it on to the right people.

Report them to ICE. They will deal with it...Maybe the IRS too..Or the SS office because I bet many of those illegal aliens have the same SS Number.

you could try the BBB but I doubt that they would consider it a top priority. Even though thousands of Americans are losing jobs to illegals. And yes there are plenty of Americans who would settle for any job just to make enough money to get through school or whatever.
However according to the law even if it is a fake and the company doesn't know it they can legally hire them but once they know it's a fake then it becomes illegal to keep them. What people don't get here is that the operative word is ILLEGAL.

there's allot of people that legally live in America that don't speak English and most of them have low paying jobs because of that. why don't you just concentrate on yourself and your own life instead of prying into he lives of others . get a hobby or something cuase thats just pathetic

Are they taking any jobs that would otherwise be taken by us? Then who cares... I know I'm never going to pick cherries or mop the ground, I have more of a problem with Asians who are taking all the spots in college that I would otherwise be in.

My only objection with these illegal immigrants is a lot of them commit crimes, I have no problem with them taking jobs as cherry pickers and toilet cleaners and nor should you (unless its something you would be doing instead).
