How would I put my girlfriends address on the 129F form for the fiancee visa?

ok so she lives in Hong Kong & there are no street numbers on floors. So how would I put the address? For example: 4th floor almond road, 4/f almond road or Forth Floor almond road? theses are just samples, not a real address. So which one out of the three do I put?

Each of them is correct as long that it is written or filled out legibly.It is spelled Fourth though not Forth. |
