Make Illegal Entry into the US punishable by a Mandatory Minimum Sentence of 5 Years,for a 1st Offense.And make the penalty for knowingly hiring an Illegal 1 Million Dollars per Offense.

Pretty sure that would be more than most of them would be willing to serve in Prison for a little time working Tax Free in the US,so less of them would come.And no business would hire them,I don't care how "hard working" they are,they aren't worth 1 Million Dollars.

We could stop by giving benefits to illegal aliens and allowing them to have drivers licenses, as about 4 or 5 states do. The illegals buy insurance, get a license, and then cancel the insurance, as do many Americans.

We should train all state, local, and county police in the 287 g program, which would enable them to arrest illegal aliens. This would be a great help to get criminals and poor drivers off America's roads.

Give proof of valid license, and current insurance when buying a car no matter who they purchase from. A private party, or car sales lot.

Take their cars from them every time they get caught. Eventually they'll get the idea that it's illegal for them to drive without license and insurance... And that always having to buy a different car gets expensive.

edit: I wonder if La Mojada knows that people get the insurance long enough to get their plates or plate tags, then drop it. They don't have to show a valid drivers license to get insurance or the plate/plate tags.

If you have no licence and you are in the country illegaly... the cop has the right to shoot you on the spot. Justice served. We need tougher laws because the ones we have do nothing to deter this behavior... Yes I know this is extreme, now ask me how I feel about child molesters.

I dont think illegal immigrants are driving around with no license or insurance and causing accidents. how did you find out that accidents are being caused by illegal immigrants? however, if this is really true then they should be locked up and sent back to where they came from because they are breaking the law. But there are other immigrants who is not breaking the law. lot of students and workers that are here illegally do follow the laws of this nation. their only crime is overstaying or crossing the border illegally. They should be allowed to become legal citizens so they could get a drivers license with a penalty for being in this nation illegally. I am a student but i m not a citizen and when i c a car every time i wish i could drive because i see my friends drive all the time but i know the rules so i stick to trains and buses. the funny thing is i been in USA my entire life and every step i take to become an American i get pushed back 10 steps cause of my status.

1) pull over people who drive bad. Give them a fine. If they get too many fines, they go to jail. If they continue, then the jail sentence gets longer and longer.

If they drive fine, then let them drive.

I dont think drivers licenses are necessary, or insurance. If you cause trouble, you should pay the price.

A person who drives well with no license is better than someone who drives bad with a license. In the end, you have good drivers and bad drivers.

"lack of drivers license means they have no driving school " Do you equate this to having no driving experience? I was driving for 3 or 4 years before I took my drivers training. I passed easily. Others who passed easily, got in accidents shortly after receiving their license.

Where I live you CANNOT get plates for your car if you don't have insurance...
