How would you like it if we rounded up all illegal aliens, take their posessions auction them off then deport?

them back to the place they are supposed to live. This would be a win win win for the American people. We could put all their ill gotten possessions- cars, houses etc. and put them on ebay in much the same way that sheriff depts. auction off stuff after drug busts. The proceeds would go to help pay off the national debt and all the criminal illegal aliens would be gone. Our children could finally start learning in school again and not have to be held back by the illegal alien children who are disruptive and take up valuable time that teachers must spend babysitting them. Your thoughts?

Even auctioning off the illegals possessions does not come close paying back what they cost taxpayers, but it is a start.

And simply deporting them without losing anything only encourages them to come back!

ALL possessions obtained by illegals while they were here should be declared public property and auctioned, and the proceeds used to pay for their deportation!

I agree with the round up, why are there illegal alien children,using up my tax dollars. I have a question if the school knows thier parents are illegal why the heck isnt INS getting them and shipping them back and there children? Sigh but bleeding hearts are voters so the congress will not even let that happen untill we get a president with some baIIzzzz and uses his/her power to correct this problem it will continue, so focusing on this problem will just keep ya worked up.

Actually, there are provisions in the laws for confiscation of an illegal alien's money and/or possessions to pay for their detention and deportation costs. Rarely used, apparently, but completely legal.

A good way to get all immigration-law violators out of the country (for that matter, whichever country's laws they are violating!), would be to give all immigration-law violators (illegal aliens, visa overstayers, etc) 30 days to depart voluntarily with all of their dependents. After 30 days, they will be deported, all their property seized as compensation for their costs to the country during their illegal stay and the costs of their detention and deportation. Bet your boots they'd butt out!

This would make up for a small but important fraction of their costs, and would certainly help eliminate much of the state and federal budget deficits. Fast way to recoup some of the costs taxpayers have incurred and get some of these major budget issues cut down to a more manageable size.

Also, booting out all the immigration-law violators would help some of the 31 million-plus Americans who are unemployed and desperately searching for work.

I agree the only part you forgot and is the most important is to have a firing squad shoot at them as they run back across the border. Or have land mines and when a beaner steps on one of them they can have a betting ring and the winner will receive $500. It will help stimulate the economy too.
