The Mexican border is heavily patroled and the Rio Grande river defines the boarder... on the OTHER HAND.. There are MILES and MILES of border with CANADA where NOBODY IS AROUND, the border is not even MARKED so you can't even FIND it.. and the people in those areas could not care less if you cross over.. that is what makes that whole border fence with Mexico such a sham.

the economy is totally screwed up here in the US and many illegal immigrants are actually returning back to their home countries since thay can't find work in the US anymore.
who in their right mind would want to bring their wife and kids into the US illegally in these difficult/uncertain times? You need to ask your self that question before you think about smuggling someone into the country.
