You'd need to file two I-130s with USCIS, one for each of them, and it will take up to 18 months altogether. It takes USCIS a year or so to process the petition, which then goes to the National Visa Center for additional processing that will take 3- 6 months. then it goes to the embassy or consulate in your original country for immigrant visa interviews. |

It does not take that long, but there are exemptions and stipulations.
Basically you should file a petition for an alien relative (I think I-30, not sure the number). You must make over the poverty level.
look at the links I provided, it a good way to get some help. You do not need an attorney they can cost you thousands, however, if you are uncomfortable with the forms, hire one.

i think it is important that you go see a good immigration lawyer and find out first hand from him becos people will tell you different things .. my uncle is currently trying to bring his wife here to the US .. its taking him over a year already !!! gd luck |
