If you wish to emigrate to any country, not necessarily the Phillipines, you can get the answers to all your questions from the appropriate embassy. Since eventually you will have to go to them for your visa, why not do it now?The answers you get there will be correct, and what you get on Yahoo Answers may not be correct. |

If you are single, then you may visit Philippines, love a girl and with her conscent marry her in the local court in Philippines.
If you are a muslim, there is no proble,. Just take the girl to the mosque where they will arrange for the marriage and furnish you the complete documents in a day.
If you are Hindu / christian and already have a Indian wife but wishes to still marry and ruin your life, then still you can bribe those guys in Philippines and arrange the marriage certificate and then enjoy dual life....
If you have money...anything is possible, but you have to strain too much to achieve it
