It depends why you want to come to England? The new rules state that you have to have enough money to buy a house which in London can be around half a million pounds, you have to have university qualifications, you have to live by the english way of life and english laws, you have to have a good job to come to with high wages because the cost of living is high and unemployment is at 2 million -
Do you have all these requirements? then send your £350 to your embassy for the visa and you should wait about 2 years, you need to be able to speak fluent English and have a full medical and if and medical conditions are found they have to be repaired before entry is allowed, for the first 2 years you have to pay emergency tax code which is 30% of your salary, you don't get free NHS until you have been here for 2 full years. Does that all sound like what you want? then go ahead and apply. |
