I would recommend to find an attorney, and file a waiver, because being he illegal for so long he is not allow to ask for a new visa during 10 years.
He needs to file a waiver and see if it is approved ! |

If you associate with illegals, surely you know that they may be deported at any time?
What could you have been thinking or expect?
I think you are out of luck and if you choose to leave this lovely country, will be obligated to go live in Mexico.
The Mexicans seem to like it ...except when they don't.
I guess you will get to find out if LOVE is bigger than patriotism or love on one's own country. Could be a tough row to hough.
Good luck. |

You should move to Mexico with him |

You probably can't. You can try to apply after his ban is served. |

You can not bring him back legally for 10 years. |

You can't! He wont be allowed back in legally for 10 years. See what happens when you hook up with a criminal? Look at the bright side, you could always divorce him. |

you probably can't at least not for 10 years when he can try to apply for a new visa! deportation prevents you from apply for a visa... so I assume it will prevent you from applying for residency too |

You cannot bring him back. Your best bet would be to move to his country and wait out the ten year ban that he is now under since he was deported. |

You will see him sooner if you leave for Mexico. His wait to be legalized, after being deported is typically years before he even is able to start the process (which may be another 5-10 years). Good luck. |

It really depends on why he was deported, how he got here in the first place, and if he was banned when he was deported. There are some really stupid answers on here from some obviously very uneducated people. get a lawyer first. What you should do is ride it out with him in Mexico. Its not that bad. I went through something like this and it was nice to get a break from the US for a while. |

gosh, some of you people are so stupid. Your best bet would be to hire a lawyer, cause there is hardships you can file (which could mean a number of things...depression.. pregnancy.. etc..) on average the lawyer would probaly cost around 3000.00 and thats not including filing paper work. Oh and dont use them places that help with filling out paper work or legal aid.... you need to get a LAWYER that specializes in just immigration. GOOD LUCK |

He needs to start proceedings in his country of origin for : A) Him to join you, or B) you to join him.
You are lucky that you were not arrested for Harboring, and Aiding & Abetting. |

G-325A Biographical Forms
I-485 application for a green card
green card photographs
an affidavit of support from the spouse
an application for employment authorization
hope it kinda helps all the details on the source K. |

Idk if you can do anything anymore. However i think that there is a law that will allow you to bring him back on visa i believe. but if he got deported i dont think there's much you can do. Consult an immigration lawyer.
ps people need to stop bashing on mexicans and other immigrant, i am dominican and my parents have worked hard in this country to survive. Besides if it werent us this country probably wouldnt have been discovered. |

wow. people are really ignorant on here. i dont know how to bring him back. but i do know that you can if you are married to him. you need to call your state representitive's office. they can direct you to somebody who knows what to do. you may have to go to mexico and get him, and go go to the US embassy, they can give him papers to get back into the country.
i bet some of these other posters wouldnt be so hostile if you had married a european. racists! |
