I don't Know where to start first...Does is she able to get a resident also?? Thanks 4 any help!!

you need to get your citizenship first, you are able to become a citizen five years after you become a resident. Further more why would you ever want your mom to leave such a wonderful country.

First you have to become a US Citizen
to sponsor anyone...End of Story.

Even then you must prove via W-2's that you have
been employed for the last three years making at
least 125% above the US Poverty Line after Taxes.

She cannot ever go on any Government
Program or Welfare...ever...NO SS.
You are Financially responsible for any
and all of her Upkeep/medical bills etc.
