Well while i do think benefits for immigrants are neccesary...there should be limits. Just bc you are getting handouts from the govt supplied by hardworking american citizens doesnt mean you can just sit around. I have no problem with immigrants who make the effort to become citizens and find employment. lazy immigrants who leech off of hardworking people make me angry |

we only hate you if you are a total sponge on the economy. if you intend to get a job and are looking then fine, but if your only hear to sit around claiming benefits its sort of like stealing when the rest of us are paying sh1t loads of taxes for stuff we arent getting, and you have never paid a penny. its not just immigrants that are a problem like this though, british people who sponge are even worse as its easier for them to find work.
so as long as you are at least properly trying to find employment and dont blow me up on the tube then im fine with immigrants |

I don't hate immigrants, I know a lot of people that are immigrants into the country and like most of them. What I don't like is the governments policy on immigration, where very man and his dog can come in and claim benefits from me and every other person that has paid tax for the whole of our working lives. If you're a sponger I don't like you, if you're willing to work and put something back I don't have a problem with you.
A lot of peoples hatred stems from the numbers of people being allowed in, especially in a recession. Not hatred of individuals. |

If you pay your taxes with the money then I don't hate you. You are entitled to use the NHS if you have payed your taxes.
If you do not work and claim benefits and then I would hate you.
The main reason why people are against immigration in the UK is because there is not enough space. It's only a small island and it can't take many more people. The majority of us are against illegal immigration as a whole. And we think that legal immigration should be limited, which it hasn't been. |
