Go back to Asia and apply for legal entry into my country, no job until you become a legal resident. |

Under these days with economic recession, I doubt that you can get a job with only high school diploma and no legal status. |

dont think so.... it would be better for you to return to your country and apply to come back. The citizens of this US are sick of illegal aliens invading this country and are demanding they leave. This is much more serious than the libs or pro illegals want you to know. |

How sad. If you want a decent job in this country, you must go home, and come back as the law tells you to do. If you do not do that, you probably won't ever have that identitfication and you won't ever get a decent job. You will also always be open to blackmail, and in all, your presumed course is very, very dangerous.
Go home. Apply to come back. |

i don't see why you should have to live in the u.s. illegally. asians are known for working hard. if you're smart then you can go and apply to the u.s as a citizen. that's what my cousin did. but you should go back to asia. asia will be a world power soon. don't lose hope.
and to other answerers, did you know it costs alot of money to deport illegal aliens? what the government should do is make them pay their way back home. |

The answer of having kids in the USA is not really an option. While your kid born in the USA would be a citizen, that fact would not help you for a very, very long time until your kid becomes an adult and files a petition for you to come to the USA. Marrying a US citizen is always an option, but would probably be a bad move if you are not really in love with your spouse.
Since you are 20, you were not born (or in the USA) before 1986 and the law which allowed many illegals in the USA at that time to become legal.
There is a "Green Card" program called the Diversity Lottery every year, but you probably don't qualify since you have no job.
If you cannot get a college degree, you best chance might be to join the US military. The US military has a large number of non-citizens in its ranks and there is an expedited procedure to becoming a citizen if you are willing to serve the USA.
Normally, if you are not a US citizen, you have to be a permanent resident in the USA to join the US military. According to one book, persons who grew up mostly in the USA to enlist and get their citizenship even if they are not in the USA legally.
There is also something called Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors Act (also called "The DREAM Act") was a piece of proposed federal legislation in the United States that would provide certain immigrant students who graduate from an American High School, are of good moral character, arrived in the US as children, and have been in the country continuously for at least five years prior to the bill's enactment, the opportunity to earn conditional permanent residency. The students will obtain temporary residency for a lapse of six years. Within the six year period, a qualified student must attend college, and earn a two year degree, or serve in the military for two years in order to earn citizenship after the six years period. If student does not comply with either his/her college requirement or military service requirement, temporary residency will be taken away and student will be subjected to deportation. It has not passed Congress yet, but it might soon.
Overall, your best bet is to join the armed services and serve this country if you want to become a US citizen. |

People that aren't illegal can't find jobs, Why don't you get one of those supposed fictional jobs "Americans won't do". Maybe work in the fields or clean toilets. |

I have a couple ideas:
A. GO BACK TO THE COUNTRY YOU CAME FROM AND WORK THERE.
B. ASK YOU OWN GOVERNMENT TO PAY YOUR WAY.
C.Immigration & Custom Enforcement is hiring, they need help to rid the country of the INVASION of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. Stop off at your local office, tell them your situation and I am SURE they will take care of you.
You are ILELGALLY in MY country and you need to get out. You have already cost me, as US Taxpayer thousands of dollars by attending one of OUR public schools paid for by tax dollars for US CITIZENS FOR US CITIZENS.
You are a drian on this country and the economy. We have enough US CITIZENS looking for work and someone that is a criminal and in this country ILLEGALLY should not get a job before a US CITIZEN.
So, my suggestion is to get you and your criminal parents and any other offspring they have OUT OF THE US NOW!!
You ARE NOT WELCOME HERE AS AN ILELGAL INVADER! |

Did you graduate high school in the US? Because if you're illegal you wouldn't even be able to go to school here coz you have to have your social security and medical records. First of all, process your damn papers first to be LEGAL here in the States before you get caught! FU*K*NG Illegal Aliens! |

You could become prime minister of England, and pocket thousands of pounds from the tax payers of the country and you don't even have to ask permission, you just take what ever you want and if it becomes too much to handle you can spread it about to all your cronies and other familly members.
What do you need to get this job?
Just be voted in by others who stand to gain as much as you, no state election required and you don't even have to be born in the country what more could you ask for ? |

First things first fix your Immigration status. you can get a waiver because you had no choice when your parents brought you. While that paperwork is pending you might be able to get a work permit.
As for joining the Military you have to be a legal U.S. resident. |

This country is mine some claim. Hope u r perfect, don't expect for anyone to try to understand her situation bcs u already made up your mind and turned blind. My uncle served in the Vietnam war when he wasn't even residing in the US. I would like to see you go to war like they did back then, most of u wouldn't I'm sure of that and u keep stressing the point that u pay taxes, I too paid my dues way before I became a citizen. I was in her shoes once and I was very young taking humiliations from ppl even from ppl of my skin tone, i never took anyones job just stepped up to what even some guys wouldnt. so just keep trying and turn your cheek the other way as GOD did. People do not realize how difficult it is to get legal status specially when your country is disqualified from a possible lottery. Oh, if an illegal gets fired they cannot collect unemployment or housing just so ya know so is others leaching off that money. |
