You have to contact the bursar/city hall office of the town/city you were born in, then you give them your name, date of birth, hospital you were born in and for small fee they send you it.

go to your nearest municipal office in your town with a letter asking for a copy of your birth certificate
you will have to pay some amount like some 50- 100 rs as Challan and then they will give you your birth certificate. |

If you have relatives in your country they can go to the institution like here is Register for births and marage,and they can claim one for you if you send them a letter from JP (justice of peace) with your aproval for the relatives to pick up your birth certifficate and send it to you. |
