I AM A SON OF A U.S.C, I AM ALREADY IN THE U.S, UNMARRIED AND UNDER 21, I JUST RECIEVE AN APPROVAL NOTICE FORM USCI FOR MY I-130, STATIN MY CASE HAD BEEN FOWARD TO NVC FOR PROCESSING. WHAT COULD BE NEXT

now you sit back and wait. on that approval notice, it'll give you something called "priority date" and your immigration "category". find it.. then go to this website:
http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_4438.html
scroll down until you find this:
FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCES
study the categories under this title but find out on that approval notice what category you are under.
scroll down again and study the first table you see. the left hand column are the categories and on the right are the countries. if you are from mexico or philipines, the wait is longer. if you are not from there, look under: All Charge- ability Areas Except Those Listed. the dates you see is your priority date. once your priority date matches the priority date under your category, you are able to adjust status (meaning submit the I485 for greencard).
but since you are under 21 and unmarried, i think the you are an immediate relative..you don't wait as long as what the table that i gave you say. i don't know how long the wait is from now, but you are waiting to be able to adjust status to greencard.
