I have been in America a little over 16 years. I am a Canadian. I know I can get my baby bonus back payed for 2 years but am I too late to get it now? I will be 19 in July. I am in need of that money because I don't have my parents and I am on the streets. Can I get it still?

From your question you did not mention if you are a permanent resident here in the US or not. You also did not mention about having a baby. The baby bonus is only for parents. It is there to help mothers be able to take more time off from work to be with their babies.
So unless you qualify for Federal Aid and are having a baby, you will not be able to get the baby bonus.
If you just need housing, you might consider shelters or stay with friends. Wish you all the best. |

NO - you cannot get it if you are NOT living in Canada.
So you have been out of Canada for 16 years therefore you will NOT get anything.
your parents would have recived it for 2 years because for those 2 years you WERE living in Canada

I think you are referring to a "Bonus Baby".
We call them twins down here, and they are usually not intentional. I don't think you'll get on without trying anyways.
