Your best option is to have your husband petition you as a spouse either thru K-3 (spouse visa) or CR1 - immigrant visa.K-3 processing time is shorter than CR1 but you still have to file for your green card when you get here in the US while in CR1 it may take longer but you will be receiving your green card within two weeks upon arrival in the US. |

If you and your husband are currently living abroad, you should have your husband file an I-130 petition for you directly at the nearest US embassy or consulate. It would certainly be much faster than having him file either an I-130 or a K-3 back in the US. take a look at usembassy.state.gov for the websites of every US embassy and consulate. |
