If you are truly a citizen, and truly only 14, you are a minor, and your parent should be able to provide your birth certificate. You and your parent need to contact your local SS office. They will advise you. |

Ask your parents or address to the SS Administration from your area.
Everybody borned in USA should have a bc and SSN.

For starters you need to ask your parents, and even so to open an account online, you will still need your parents permission because you are under age. |
