I will be 18 on July and I have 2 years living in san Diego can become a citizen before my bday?

Probably not. IF one of your parents was or has become a citizen then probably yes. Otherwise you need five years of residence to be naturalized.

But if either of your parents has been naturalized you probably are a citizen now.

You must be age 18 to apply for naturalization. Depending on how you
obtained permanent residence and whether your parent(s) obtained
naturalization, it may be that are already a citizen.If you provide this info, you may get further guidance.
