I am a physician want to immigrate canada please inform me aboute advantages & disadvantages of it?

we have four people in our family,my wife & two boys(12&4 years old)

It is very hard for foregn doctors to qualify and be able to practise in Canada. For some it can take 4 or 5 years.

I know of one Iraqi doctor who came to canada and had so much trouble being allowed to sit the exams. After 7 years as a PR in Canada, he finally left and went to UK.

Generally you will only be able to practice medicine if you were educated in an English speaking country or western Europe. Otherwise you may have go back to school for several years.

Find out if you will be allowed to practice as a physician. Each province has a college of Physicians and Surgeons so you should get in touch with them and see what you would have to go through to be able to practice.

Canada Rocks!!!!
And in some parts of canada, we are very short of surgeons, and I think the gov't is offering some decent incentives for those willing to come and practice here.
