If you are a UK citizen, you don't need a visa to go to Canada. If you are not a UK citizen, you can see here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp if you need a visa and if you do, apply for one in the Canadian embassy. You would need to show that you will return to the UK at the end of your visit.
When you arrive in Canada, regardless of if you needed a visa or not, you may be asked to prove that you have a return ticket and that you have money to support yourself. You can not stay longer than 6 months as a visitor. They may decide when you arrive that you can stay less but you can see that from the stamp in your passport. |
