So you want to apply from a country you live in illegally to get a visa for another country which is not your own? No chance! |

1. Canada is quite strict in its enforcement of immigration laws and does not generally admit persons who have violated immigration laws of other countries.
2. There's no such thing as a "boyfriend/girlfriend" visa and your gf cannot do anything to get you a visa to enter Canada. |

Canada does NOT admit visitors or immigrants who are ILLEGAL in the country they currently live in.
I suggest that you go back to your home country where you ARE legal and have your G/F travel to your country. Then you get married in your country and then she can sponsor you to Canada.
That is the LEGAL and CORRECT way to do it. |
