I have confusing situation with me and I am looking for advise...7 years back
I came to USA by using onther name but the visa was not OK so they deny me to enter in the USA Airport so I took Volunteer Departation but that time when I was in processing Centre Immigration took my Finger Print and Photograph and sent back me to my Country with 5 years of Ban now I am in good position in business and I want to file L-1 with my real name bt my main worry is my Finger Print which Immigration took so they will allow me to process L-1 as they gave me 5 yrs of ban which finished already or they will refuse me as I was depaorted with other name and now I have my real name which is different so time for Visa Processing they are taking Finger Print now at the High Commision which will show my past so my main concern is after 5 yrs now they will grant me Visa or I cant enter now forever and one more thing I dont have any criminal records with any contries in the world,what should I have to do?guide me ..

why would America want you? you invaded our country, lied when you got caught, kept it hid for 7 years when you could have taken care of it and now you want the doors swung open for you?

you DO have a criminal record and it is in the U.S.. why do foreigners think they can ignore our laws and then be welcomed to the party?

The first thing you need to do is consult with as many lawyers as you can. Get advise from people on which lawyer to hire for his services. Since you are doing very well then you can hire the best lawyers to process your case.
