Nothing happens to your status because you had a child. You are still on a student visa and must return home to your own country when that runs out.

Unless you get married, nothing happens to your status. You can either remain a full time student for 10 years, or can find a company willing to sponsor you for a work visa, or you will have to return to your home country when your student visa expires. Having a child in the UK does not change that. The child will just have the rights to citizenship.

This will be seen as a convenience for you to stay here which they see quite often.Your immigration status remains the same and nationality for the new born will have to be applied for in the normal way.

Your immigration status generally won't change, so you may have to go back to the country where you came from. If you get married to the father you may just get to stay here after having to jump through a number of official hurdles that are in place to stop marriages of convenience.

Your status has not changed. Having a baby does not change anything in regards to your immigration status.

nothing happens to you - you are still a citizen of your country.

your partner needs to apply for you - see link

Having a child here will not change your immigration status. You are still here on a student visa basis. If you want to become a resident of the UK, you still require a visa - whether that is student, work or fiancee/spouse.

Nothing changes, your kid can have a British passport as their mum is British.

You have to pass various immigration tests.

Edit - what ever gender you are the rules apply the same.

unless you are married then the baby takes on your nationality. You need to be married in order for your child to obtain automatic british citizenship.

Nothing happens to your immigration status - you are still a student. It doesn't change anything that you have had a baby with a british citizen. You need to apply to stay here as a spouse then complete an initial 2 year probationary period and then after that you are eligible to apply for indefinite leave and a year after that you can apply to be nationalised as a british citizen and finally you can apply for a british passport.

Hope this helps.

Major Disaster
Whatever you are, whatever you do, good old mother England will let you stay - - -
Make sure you have at least 6 babies for the state to look after too - - -
