I am so frustrated with the illegal situation in our country that I could just scream can you help me?

I have illegals living across the street from me and since 2003 have complained to zoning, local sheriff's department, written letters and faxes to my Sen to no avail. They have all turned a deaf ear to the complaints. The house the illegals are living in was illegally converted from a single family residence to two one bedroom apartments. There are seven men living in one of the one bedroom apartments and a couple with three or four children in the other one bedroom apartment. There are seven to ten vehicles parked on the lawn at any given time. A few years ago they would gather on the weekend and cookout, with 20-30 men drinking beer in the front yard and playing their latino music at full blast. Since last summer they quieted down and stay relatively out of sight. I had my house on the market to sell for a long time and the realtor told me the condition of the illegals property was preventing me from selling,needless to say, I am so frustrated with the illegal situation in our country that I could just scream. Nothing seems to make Washington take notice or acknowledge the cost the illegals are causing in this country. How may I resolve this problem ?

This is easy: If you don't have a video camera, get one! Begin filming there property and get close ups on the tags or lack of tags on their vehicles. Watching them for a week or two and learn their patterns. Pick a time when they are not outside. Get some cuts of meat that has blood still left in it. At the time that they are not outside, carefully sprinkle the blood at their doorstep, and put a bloody handprint (glove-covered handprint) on some of their car doors. It won't hurt to dip a knife in some of the blood and throw it in their yard. Return home. Immediately call 911 saying that you heard a loud bang and screaming in Spanish from their house. When the police come they will notice the blood and begin running their identification as a possible homicide or violent assault. Presence of blood makes the place an automatic crime scene and police MUST investigate as such. The least they will get is a few fake social security cards and they may even find illegal drugs in the home. The penalty for social security fraud is stiff and that alone will lead them to jail. This is a foolproof way of making law enforcement pay attention. The fact that the blood is not human doesn't matter as the investigation and search of the home will have started before testing of the blood samples are completed. IF caught, could you get in trouble for this? Yes, but, the fact that you have made so many repeated attempts to remedy this situation by legal means and to no avail will be considered in court. Sometimes you have to sacrifice a little for the future of your family. Good Luck!

Jill- I feel your pain even though I don't live across the street from illegals(thank God)I see it most nights I drive home from our local hospital where I work.They will have trash all over their yards and kids will be running around everywhere.They need to be deported and the sooner the better.Call your local immigration office and report them over and over.Now the problem here is these people can be violent so be careful.Washington wont do crap about illegals they are their next voters.If Washington gives them amnesty then there will be hell to pay because us tax payers are sick and tired of taking care of them...oh yeah you are asked how you know they are illegal will for those that think you cant tell are fooling themselves you can tell believe me.And if they for some reason are legal then they are nasty LEGALS and still need to be reported to clean up their acts..

First file a law suite against the owner of the property for damages in the value of your property. Second file a complaint about the sheriff for Maleficence in office for failing to deal with your complaint. Third file a law suite against county commission for failing to properly watchdog sheriff. Last but not least call the border patrol and request an officer stop to discuss the situation with you.

Yeah, we use to have some trash like that live 5 doors down, not anymore. I can't go into detail of how our block managed to rid of them or this will get deleted by touchy people. I would start with the video camera idea and possibly the police. No use asking them to turn their music down like that one poster said, you can bet they haven't bothered to learn English. Also, don't most people over the age of 12 know NOT to blare music since not everybody wants to hear the junk.......

if your problem is the music, just ask them to quiet it down.

if you just want to sell your house and get out, then try calling the police on them.

if that doesn't work, try 911, maybe even just taking your cell phone and chucking it in their yard (or maybe even their house, if you are desperate), so the call would be traced to them, and upon closer investigation, they would be recognized and (hopefully) deported.

Oh, I know what you mean and so do many others trust me. More and more U.S. tax paying citizens are fed up with illegal immigrants and the trouble that comes with them.

Your out of luck with law enforcement and any other governmental agency. They all realize that amnesty is around the corner and are not interested in enforcing any laws on immigration. If you are serious about solving the problem, you must join underground organizations like the one I am a member of. Call it vigilantism, call us criminals, it does not bother us. We have made a change in our area by doing things ourselves and not relying on the worthless agencies which we pay to do the right thing for us. We have forced construction firms back to hiring americans at decent wages. We no longer have illegals hanging out at home improvement centers or street corners. It works. If you have an increase of illegals in your area, they are probably the ones we chased out of ours. The constitution provides the right for citizens to do what the government refuses to do. You can continue to let the bleeding hearts ruin your nation or you can fix it yourself.

How to resolve the problem, well ignoring the fake story regarding the nonexistent house for sale nothing. Regarding Washington not listening, spend the entire day on the phone calling your Reps, that is always effective.

How do you know that they are illegals?Did you go ask every one of them for proof of citizenship? What's wrong with people having a cook out,listening to music and having some beers? Last I heard this was a free country and we are aloud to do things like that! If you've called the police and nothing has been done then obviously they're not doing anything wrong.You're obviously one of those neighbors who "think" the neighbors are illegal,so you find anything and everything they do wrong and go call the cops.You can be arrested for giving false information to a police officer.
