Ask your consulate for help. It may be in the embassy compound. Get a passport. Then get a replacement green card. |

Go to the city of your birth and go to the county recorder's office. request an abstract of birth. You'll pay a small fee and they'll get you a certified copy. From there everything else is easy. If you can't go there due to distance, look up their office on line and you should be able to do it via mail.
