I don't want to seem racist but...?

I am so sick of people coming into Britain and living of our benefits. These people come into Briton, claim asylum and then just live of the money the government give them. It's so annoying. Britain is having enough money problems as is without so many people coming in and making it worse. Good people go out to work and pay taxes and these people can sit around and do nothing all day. I know its not all foreign people but its a lot of foreign people. Does it not frustrate you you too if your in Britain? I am more than happy for people to come in to Britain if they work(of course it is frustrating how a lot of foreign people are also taking are jobs so other people from the UK can't get them) Why wont are government do anything about it. Sorry I know its not really a question its more of a rant but im just so frustrated about it

Agreed, I am one of your American brothers. It seems like everyone just wants to invade our lands all over the world and just mooch off of all we have worked so hard to built.

Australia, Europe, USA, and Canada just need to start saying no!

Being that I'm from the US, I know what you mean. All I can say is you get what you vote for.

Although I can see your point I think you need to do a bit of background reading.

Asylum seekers are not allowed to work so to have a go at them for living off benefits is a bit harsh as they have no choice.

In general they are the only ones entitled to benefits. Most other people who visit the UK are not allowed access to public funds either, and have to show they have enough to live on for the duration of their stay.

If you're complaining about the influx of Eastern Europeans then fair enough, however by the same token you're free to go and live in France, Germany etc and work there.

There are people who come here from outside the EU to work but they now have to show they are skilled and needed in the UK.
