when i checked online for my case processing time for the I-485 application,,, it was written the following
field office processing time for hartford CT as of Feb 28 2009
I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status May 29, 2008
what does that mean ???? and i also want to know this processing time starts the day i applied or the day everything was submitted including the fingerprints results and the affidavit of support ???
pls help me wz these

There's no need to be unkind about it. Sometimes it's hard to get a straight answer out of government employees and it's easier just to find someone with personal experience in the matter. |

Did your send your I-485 to your field office? Or you sent it to a service center? If it is a married based I-485 and you received your notice of action from MSC, there is no way to see processing time on the USCIS site.
As for your another question, processing time starts the day your case was received, you can find this date on your Notice of Action letter. |

dont based your case priority date on field offices processing time. based it on USCIS visa bulletin which they update every 15th of each month. |
