Where is your license from? You have to meet all requirements for & actually obtain licensing in the state where you will practice before you can obtain employment. The employer obtains the employment visa for you -- you cannot apply. If you only have a bachelor's degree, you also need at least 2 years of experience in your field in order to qualify for a visa. However, in most (if not all) states, you must hold a masters degree to qualify to take the board exams for licensing. Therefore, you are stuck -- you don't qualify for a license, you don't qualify for a visa either. And it is too late to get an application in for a visa for the 2010 fiscal year anyway. |
