Apart from forms I-130 and I-485 there are other forms to be filled too. Visit the USCIS website for all the information. If you fill in all the forms the waiting time for a green card interview is about 90 days (3 months). |

You meant I-485 Register to Permanent Resident or Adjustment of Status.
It takes from 8-12 months until you get interview notice. You will get Biometrics appointment for the finger printing. Then you will get interview appointment. |
